5. Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days after accepting your order unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times and charges are detailed on our Delivery Information page. Standard delivery is usually 2–5 working days from dispatch, but delivery may take longer during peak times or due to factors outside our control.

If delivery is delayed by events beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, adverse weather), we will notify you. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for products not received.

Delivery is complete when products reach the delivery address provided. Responsibility passes to you at that point. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, contact us at support@bulkbasket.co.uk with a clear cancellation statement.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return postage costs. We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

Exemptions

For hygiene and food safety reasons, this cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes are once unsealed

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., perishable food)

Opened or tampered food packaging cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly at support@bulkbasket.co.uk. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We strive to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects them precisely.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue any product at any time.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We may refuse any order you place. We may also limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders using the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address.

If we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete account and payment information and to update it promptly to complete transactions and contact you as needed.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing use of the site. We may terminate immediately without notice if you breach these Terms.

These Terms, together with any policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any agreements for products or services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or experience, please contact support@bulkbasket.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days. If unresolved, you may refer to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. While we are not obliged to use ADR, we will consider reasonable requests.
