These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Rewards and Referral Programme (the “Programme”) offered by BulkBasket Online Grocery Store (“BulkBasket”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website. By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to registered customers of BulkBasket aged 18 years or over.
  • You must have an active customer account on our website to earn or redeem rewards.
  • The Programme is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. How the Rewards Programme Works

  • Customers earn reward points (“Points”) based on their purchases and other eligible activities.
  • For every £1 spent on eligible purchases, customers will earn 1 Point.
  • Points are credited only after an order is successfully completed and not cancelled or refunded.
  • Points earned through purchases and promotions are tracked automatically through our rewards system.

3. Reward Points – General Rules

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • 500 Points can be redeemed for a £5 discount on eligible purchases.
  • Points can only be redeemed on the BulkBasket website.
  • Points cannot be used to pay delivery charges, taxes, or any excluded products unless explicitly stated.
  • Points may have an expiry period. Expired Points will be automatically removed from your account.

4. Referral Programme

  • Registered customers may refer friends using a unique referral link or code provided through the Programme.
  • A referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order with BulkBasket.

Referral Rewards

  • Referrer Reward:
    • When an existing customer refers a friend, and the friend completes their first successful purchase, the referrer will receive a 5% discount coupon.
    • The discount coupon will be issued after the referred order is completed and not cancelled or refunded.
  • Friend (Referred Customer) Reward:
    • The referred friend will receive 50 Points as a joining bonus upon successful registration using the referral link or code.
  • Referral rewards are limited to genuine, personal referrals only.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to misuse the referral system are strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of rewards or account suspension.

5. Redemption of Rewards

  • Points can be redeemed at checkout, subject to minimum order value requirements, if any.
  • BulkBasket reserves the right to limit the number of Points that can be redeemed per order.
  • Once Points are redeemed, they cannot be reinstated if the order is cancelled or returned, unless required by law.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • If an order that earned Points is cancelled, returned, or refunded (in full or in part), the corresponding Points will be deducted from your account.
  • If Points have already been redeemed and later deducted, your Points balance may become negative and will be adjusted against future earnings.

7. Misuse and Fraud

  • BulkBasket reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or remove Points if we suspect:
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Abuse of the Programme
    • Violation of these Terms or our Website Terms
  • Any attempt to manipulate the Programme, including automated sign-ups or fake referrals, may result in permanent disqualification.

8. Changes to the Programme

  • BulkBasket may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  • Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • BulkBasket is not responsible for lost or stolen Points resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulkBasket shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Programme.
  • The Programme is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
