At Bulk Basket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we make it easy to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
Returns must be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

The return process may be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2. Items We Cannot Accept
Perishable goods, including frozen items.
Grooming or healthcare products due to hygiene reasons.
3. Return Postage
You are responsible for postage and packaging costs when returning items.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your items reach us safely.
4. Refunds, Credits, and Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card provider.
Alternatively, you can request store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.
5. Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
You may be asked for photographic evidence of the damage.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage if arranged through us.
