Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Damaged Orders:

At Bulk Basket, we take every precaution to pack your order securely. However, on rare occasions, items may get damaged during transit.

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. This allows us to quickly resend your order and report the issue to our courier.

  • If you accept the delivery but later find items are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • To process your claim, we require either:

    • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage, or

    • Return of the damaged item for inspection

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit for the affected items as quickly as possible.

Note: At present, we only deliver within the UK. International orders are temporarily suspended due to ongoing courier complications post-Brexit.

We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Missing Items:

At Bulk Basket, we take great care to ensure your order is packed accurately and completely.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please follow the steps below:

  • Customers must report any missing item(s) within 14 days of receiving their order.
    Reports made after this period may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

  • Once we receive your report, our team will verify the claim through our internal processes, including checking packing records, order weights, and shipping confirmations.

  • If the claim is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution. This may include:

    • Reshipping the missing item(s)

    • Issuing a refund

    • Providing store credit (Bulk Basket Cash) for the value of the missing item(s)

We are committed to resolving all verified claims promptly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction.

Late Deliveries

At Bulk Basket, we work hard to dispatch and deliver your orders on time. However, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is delivered later than expected, you may be entitled to a refund of the delivery charges.
    Please note that standard delivery services are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the delay is considered unreasonable.

  • Bulk Basket cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
    We are unable to offer compensation or accept liability for late deliveries unless a guaranteed delivery service has been specifically agreed in advance.

  • If you require a legally binding guaranteed delivery contract, this must be requested and arranged at least 2 working days before dispatch.

We always do our best to ensure orders reach you promptly and appreciate your understanding in the rare event of a delay.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.

It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.
