How to Cancel an Order

  • Once your order has been completed at checkout, you will not be able to amend your order or delivery time through the website.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@bulkbasket.co.uk as soon as possible.
  • Please include the following details in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Order reference number
    • Contact number
    • Delivery address

Cancellation Charges

  • If you cancel your order on the same day as your scheduled delivery, a £2.99 cancellation fee will apply, as your order will likely have already been dispatched.
  • If you cancel your order before the day of your delivery, no charges will be applied, and you will receive a full refund.

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days and paid back to the original payment method used at checkout.
